First incorporated in Singapore in 2009, the company rebranded to ‘Spartan9’ in 2012. All told, the company has been in business for 15 years. Our founder has been working in the security industry for 35 years, serving in government, corporate, and consulting roles.
With many years, projects, and passport stamps behind us, we’ve learned the value of having an effective crisis response capability.
What is an effective crisis response capability? At its foundation, an effective crisis response capability assumes high levels of diligence in preparation, planning, training, and exercising.
Effective crisis response also demands a specific attitude and mindset. We cultivate this mindset during our training and reinforce it during our exercises.
